Buyer Consultation

Let’s meet over coffee, at our office, or your home; in person, or virtually over a ZOOM call.  We’ll make it happen on your schedule to create a wishlist together. 

Financing

Knowing how much buying power you have helps to set expectations on what and where of your home purchase. If you do not have a lender in mind, we’ll offer recommendations of excellent local mortgage specialists, who can help you determine your buying budget with confidence.

Start Search From the Comfort of Your Home

Now we know your need and want, and we’ll configure a custom property profile in the Collab MLS system, this enhanced interface will send you notifications about new listings in REAL-TIME. We’ll also send you a complimentary VR headset so you can view listings virtually at home whenever possible.

Schedule Viewings

We are not salespeople. We’re matchmakers. We’ll introduce you to homes until you fall in love with one. And then we’ll plan the wedding. During this phase, we’ll go to local open houses together and schedule private viewings, and we also offer remote (virtual) viewing options for clients from afar or staying home due to COVID-19.

Confidence to Purchase

Now you find your dream home and be prepared to write an offer. How calm are your nerves when dealing with (possibly) your largest investment in life? We do it all day, every day. This is when you can rest assured having an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Sophia, and a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Nick, working together to determine the home value and negotiate professionally on your behalf.

From years of experience in handling and managing large scale infrastructure contracts, and received negotiation training at Rotman business school, Nick is an expert negotiator. In our view, offer negotiation is not all about the price, but with many moving parts. So our goal is not simply to meet and surpass your financial goals but also to ensure all your benefits are maximized while offer term implementation is guaranteed.

From Offer Acceptance to Closing

The sellers accepted your offer, and the home is going through appraisal, inspections, and purchaser visits if needed. You will meet with your mortgage specialist, meeting with your lawyer, and signing your name. These are the last steps before the shiny keys to your home are placed in your hand! And we’ll be with you every step of the way.
